This is just my opinion, but I think most people think of God as 'just' God. Most people think of God as just "Creator", "The Goal", "The One", "The Almighty", etc. But most people didn't even realize that they're missing the main point.
The question isn't "who is God to me?" or "Who is God to you?". The answer of that kind of questions will come a long with your realization of "What is God to me?".
We know Jesus Christ is His Son and is He who come with flesh and blood. He is The Eldest Son and His only Son. But why most people didn't ask as to "Who are we?" or "What are we?" to Him. People mostly just said we are His child or His creations. "He love us" that is true. But is all the things you've heard and know about Him is just that? Is this knowledge of God is just known by you people?
That knowledge is true and right, but more than that, do you truly understand it? You call Him "God", "Creator", "Father", etc. That is correct, but what do you feel when you call him? Do you feel Him as God? Do you feel Him as Creator? Do you feel Him as Someone you should respect? Don't you feel there's a distance between you and Him by doing that and just calling Him that way?
Making yourself as something that should not make Him angry or anything is wrong actually. Because He will always forgive you if you've done something wrong and ask for His forgiveness truly from your heart. You love Him as God is correct but not entirely correct. Think about it. Wouldn't you think God will be happy if you could truly LOVE HIM AS YOUR OWN PARENTS? Acknowledging Him as your Father truly from your heart, like how you see and feel about your parents, could make you feel His existence more in your life. And to tell you the truth, it really is feel indescribably amazing, because you could sense Him watching you in a certain way. I'm not just "know" but also "feel" it.
I believe that it's not just me who've known and feel it. That is why I'm directing it mostly to you who haven't feel it yet.
- "once again, this is just my opinion, and I don't want to offense anyone. It's okay if you don't understand what I mean. I just want to write and share it since I feel sad seeing so many people think of Him as just God and not as their real Father." -
