How stress is damaging us?      Many studies and research have proven how stress damages our lives, especially our health. For example, the WHO (World Health Organization) has information about stress on their website . Despite that, I see most people are still in ignorance or denial about it. Stress has caused so many people to suffer, causing a lot of pain and trauma throughout their lives.  Here are 5 simple tips to help you de-stress and self-healing: 1.
